This residence dates back to 1898 and was transformed into a museum. The home was believed to be built on former "Indian Territory" and is said to be haunted by a former resident, Mrs. Foreman, who died in the home in 1968. Cold spots and feelings of uneasiness have been felt at the home, and the caretaker reported seeing Mrs. Foreman's apparition in the doorway watching him.
